Yes! These are preset banks for Analog Lab V. You must have the VST to use the banks.
Yes! The banks come with the WAV. file one shots. This means you can use the one shots without using Analog Lab V. You just drag and drop the one shot files into your DAW (just like you use drums).
It is recommended to have Analog Lab V. This is how you will be able to import the preset banks and use them, but if you still want the bank for the one shot wav. files, they are included in the purchase!

Before importing new banks inside Analog Labs V. Please make sure to always update. Analog Labs is constantly releasing updates for the vst so being on older versions causes loading issues. Once you update Analog Labs via the Arturia Software Center, all presets will load correctly!
Yes! Analog Lab Play (which is the free demo of Analog Lab V) allows you to load banks into it. So you can get Analog Lab Play and use the banks with it!
