Before importing new banks inside Analog Labs V. Please make sure to always update. Analog Labs is constantly releasing updates for the vst so being on older versions causes loading issues. Once you update Analog Labs via the Arturia Software Center, all presets will load correctly!

Yes! Analog Lab Play (which is the free demo of Analog Lab V) allows you to load banks into it. So you can get Analog Lab Play and use the bank with it!
